In my 1st year at university (2001) when I hadn't yet found a taste for beer my Swedish friend Jesper raved about how much better Swedish Cider was compared to British Cider. At that time I'd only tried Strongbow, Red C and Woodpecker so when Jesper brought me a couple of bottles of Koppaberg I was impressed. Of course, now that I'm familiar with real ciders and perrys I'm less impressed.
